Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Breeze with a Hint of Honey Review with Recipe!



Why drink Almond Milk? Well there are so many health benefits that are essential in keeping your body healthy. I enjoy Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Hint of Honey Vanilla, I love the sweetness and the fact that it is healthy and low in calories. When you count your calories like I do,every calorie counts and I know that I am not loading myself up with empty calories. Almond Milk can be enjoyed as is, nice and cold, in smoothies, substituting Almond Milk for cow milk in baking, such as pancakes, muffins etc. At 50 calories per serving and 25 calories from fat and sugar at a low 7g per serving. You can't go wrong!

No Bake Cookies using Almond Breeze Hint of Honey Vanilla Almond Milk


INGREDIENTS

½ cup or 1 stick unsalted Butter
2 cup Sugar
½ cup Almond Milk, I used Almond Breeze Hint of Honey Vanilla Almond Milk
4 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
½ cup Peanut Butter , you can use smooth or chunky
3¼ cup Quick cooking Oats

2 Tsp Vanilla Extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Combined stick butter, sugar, milk and cocoa powder in a large saucepan over high heat
Bring to a rolling boil, and boil for 1 minute

Remove saucepan and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla extract

Drop about 1 Tbsp of the mixture onto wax/foil paper


Let cool until the cookie have set
